The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioners preferred anticipatory bail application vide Cr. Misc. No. 8913 of 2014 which was permitted to be withdrawn vide order dated 31.07.2014. Now the prayer has been renewed on the ground that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. This Court is not inclined to interfere.

No.41726 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 However, the retracted version of the informant constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Supaul.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
