The petitioner being the husband has filed the present anticipatory bail application apprehending his arrest in Bihta P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 registered under Section 498-A IPC. It is submitted that 22 years after the marriage, the present complaint has been filed. In the meanwhile the petitioner got married his daughter born from him and the informant. The petitioner has always been maintaining his wife and is ready to maintain her. For obtaining the privilege of anticipatory bail, he will, however, pay a sum of Rs. 5000/- to the informant or deposit the same in her bank account.

No.21196 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. Danapur, Patna in Bihta P.S. Case No. 105 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. Along with the bail bonds, the petitioner shall produce the receipt/paper showing deposit/payment of a sum of Rs. 5000/- in favour of the informant(wife).
