JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Even after repeated calls, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for the State is present. In the light of the statements made in paragraph nos. 9, 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit of respondent nos. 5 and 6, this Court, on the request of the petitioner, granted indulgence to file necessary pleadings which has not been complied with. In this context, the order dated 8.3.2016 may be noticed which runs as under:- "Although on the prayer of the petitioner adjournments were granted on two previous occasions but the necessary pleadings as sought was not placed on record. Today, again a prayer for adjournment/accommodation has been made.
List this matter after five weeks. Be it noted that there is no interim orders passed in this case."
