JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. Apprehending his arrest in Laukahi P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered under sections 307, 354 and 379, the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of anticipatory bail. It is explicit that the petitioner is the author of the injury caused to the informant with iron rod on head Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are injuries on the part of the accused persons including the petitioner. There is a counter version also of the present occurrence. Mr. Dayal, APP opposed the prayer and submitted that the petitioner was responsible for causing injury on the vital part of the body.

Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21207 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 petitioner and other materials reflected from the records, I am not persuaded to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer is accordingly rejected.
