The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/384/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier notices were issued to opposite party No. 2 who has validly received notice, but today neither there is any representation on his part nor a prayer for adjournment has been made.
Learned counsel for the State is present.
After considering the entire facts and circumstances of this case and the nature of dispute and also because the present application has not been resisted by the complainant, let the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30578 of 2016 (3) dt.16-12-2016 petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge, II, Purnea in connection with Complaint Application No. 3579/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
