The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks from the date of lifting of the lockdown in the State of Bihar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 412 of I.P.C. has been added.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21997 of 2020(2) dt.10-07-2020 2/3 Allegation is that 6-7 unknown miscreants on the point of pistol committed bank robbery and cash Rs.6,12,330/- was looted by the miscreants and they also snatched belongings from some customers and gold ring of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come in this case on confessional statement of coaccused Suman Kumar. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Other co-accused has been granted bail vide Annexure 2 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the lockdown, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. case No.665 of 2019.

Once the normalcy is restored, the petitioner shall
