In the show cause, it is stated that the Collector, Aurangabad has already ordered, vide order dated 11.07.2009, a proportionate refund of the money deposited by the petitioner. Considering all the aforesaid facts, no useful purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending as substantial compliances have been made.
