The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 385 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant, demanded extortion of Rs.50,000/- and they snatched wrist watch and Rs.5,000/- from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is not specific against the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41749 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 petitioners and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
