The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 693 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a)/38/47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case as there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 30.11.2018.
