The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019, Special Case No. 999 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 387, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and section 37 (C) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.01.2019. He further submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he has demanded extortion of money and on the direction of the petitioner Satya Pal Kumar fired with pistol but the bullet hit on the left foot of the Sanjeev Kumar.

No.22326 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 999 of 2019 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019.
