This was done on the request of the district administration. This Court set aside the suspension, the consequence of which ought to have been resumption of petitioner's business. That not having taken place, this contempt application has been filed. Learned counsel for the IOC submits that immediately upon orders issued by this Court, the order of suspension has been withdrawn but restarting of business takes time because various factors are enquired into and settled.
