The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case No.77 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323 307, 379 and 504/34 of the IPC. Petitioner nos.2 and 3 are sons of petitioner no.1. The husband of petitioner no.1 and informant are full brothers. It is stated that the husband of petitioner no.1 uprooted some plant whereupon scuffle took place. The husband of petitioner no.1 allegedly assaulted the informant on his head by iron rod. The petitioner no.1 allegedly snatched Mangal Sutra from the neck of the wife of the informant. There is also land dispute going on. Considering the omnibus allegation against these

Let the above named petitioners be released in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tariyani P.S.Case No.77 of 2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Sheohar subject to the conditions as laid under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
