2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.410 of 2020, lodged on 07.09.2020 under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, there were four named and 14 unknown accused persons who were made accused in this case. The allegation of cheating and commission of breach of trust is there in the FIR and the specific allegation is against co-accused, Md. Muzir @ Kadir @ Abdul Kadir Khan who in connivance with other accused persons have committed the said

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. His name has come in the FIR in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is in custody since 27.01.2023 and apart from the present case, one other case is pending against him in which he has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.01.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.36566 of 2022 and other six more similarly situated accused persons like that of the petitioner have also been granted regular bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court (Annexure-2 series).

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Upon specific query from the counsel for the petitioner about framing of the charge, he submits that from his knowledge the charge has already been framed in this case.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate -Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 410 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27551 of 2023(2) dt.06-06-2023 3/3 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
