2. The present contempt application has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in CWJC No.690 of 2025.

3. The aforesaid writ petition was disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 (District Magistrate, Buxar) to

Patna High Court MJC No.1288 of 2025(4) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the State/Opposite Parties stating therein that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure-OP4/F of the show cause).

5. Considering the aforesaid, it appears that the Opposite Parties have complied the order of this Court.

6. In view of the above, the contempt application stands disposed of.

7. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
