The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of recovery of some firearms from the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits no any article either pistol or cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, chargesheet has already been filed and petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2023. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No.1615 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada.
