====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 12-07-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the petition.

The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the informant is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 498A, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The prosecution case is that the informant got married with the son of the petitioner, namely, Dinesh Bhagat on 01.03.2012, but after 2-3 months of the marriage torture was inflicted for demand of Pulsar motorcycle and rupees

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28409 of 2016 (2) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 one lakh. It is further alleged that the in-laws of the informant sprinkled kerosene oil on the body of the informant, but she saved.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific against the petitioner. The accusation is specific against the husband of the informant. The husband of the informant also filed Matrimonial suit for restitution of conjugal rights prior to lodging of the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
