2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Masaurhi PS Case No. 872 of 2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 109 (1), 352, 351 (2)

(3) (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita pending in the Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting on the eyebrow of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury report would show that the injuries were simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24736 of 2026(2) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of injury as well as the fact that the matter arose out of a petty dispute, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Masaurhi PS Case No. 872 of 2025.
