ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. By order dated 13.10.2009 the petitioner had been granted bail on condition that he would deposit a sum of Rs. 1000/- per month in favour of the O.P. No. 2. The present application has been filed for modification of the said order since the daughter of the opposite party no. 2 has remarried. It is not disputed by the counsel for the O.P. No. 2. In view of such, the order dated 13.10.2009 is modified to the extent that he no longer deposit the amount in question and the daughter of the O.P. No. 2 will be entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner only till 12.03.2012. Rest of the amounts deposited by the petitioner shall be refunded to him.
