Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 385, 387, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that allegation of demand of ransom amount as well as assault and firing though not hit anybody, is upon co-accused, Ram Pravesh Sahni and petitioner is a member of the party. It is further contended that petitioner's antecedent is clean. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of

Case No. 06/2016, the above named petitioner, Bijlee Mahton shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
