The petitioner's counsel submits that in view of the officer order dated 30.06.2014 issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Ara as contained in Annexure-16 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of petitioner, the only issue which remains is grant of benefit in terms of Clause-2 of letter dated 16.11. 2013, issued by the Engineering -in-Chief-cum Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11096 of 2013 dt.19-11-2019 2/2 In view of the limited submissions, this Court would direct the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Ara (Respondent No.4), to pay the dues admissible to the petitioner on account of the said letter dated 16.11.2013 along with a details showing calculation of dues paid under the said decision of the Government.

Let the entire exercise be completed by the Executive Engineer, Public Health Division, Ara (Respondent No.4) within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
