The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific. The informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48055 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
