Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Badal was apprehended with a stolen motorcycle, further police took the informant and the police force to the house of Alamgir who disclosed that bike belongs to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant based on confessional statement of Alamgir in police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23962 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 custody, which does not have any evidentiary value. It is further submitted that even the stolen motorcycle was not recovered from the petitioner and the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Katihar sahayak P.S. Case No. 678 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Ramjee Yadav.
