JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 The petitioners have a grievance that the Circle Officer, Bodh Gaya, is not accepting revenue rent and and thus not issuing rent receipts in favour of the petitioners, in respect of the land belonging to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that up to 2009, the rent receipts were being issued but suddenly the Circle Officer, Bodh Gaya, has refused to accept the rent and is not issuing the same.

The nature of grievance, which the petitioners are raising in the present writ application, can be raised by them

Patna High Court CWJC No.6723 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, which they have not availed.

This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to avail the said remedy by making proper application, which shall be considered and disposed of, in accordance with law.
