2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76881 of 2024 whereby the petitioner was granted regular bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 11-02-2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 76881 of 2024. However, in paragraph no. 7 of that order, it was observed that before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedents of the petitioner shall be verified, and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted. Learned counsel has further submitted that one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25385 of 2025(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 case was detected against the petitioner, which, due to a mistake, could not be mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. He has also submitted that the petitioner has amply been punished for his fault by remaining four months more in custody, despite he was granted bail.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in connection with Katihar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 454 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 11.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76881 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.
