If the State has given clear directions to the university to make payment of U.G.C. arrears even to non-teaching employees from the funds available with them, the impediment or the reason which was expressed by the university's counsel on the earlier hearing about non-release of funds by the State has been taken care of.

The writ application now stands disposed off with a direction upon the Veer Kunwar Singh Universities' authorities now to make sure that payment of such kind accrues to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of communication /
