JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2020 Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to Annexure- 5 series whereby several representations have been filed before the respondent / authorities but to no avail.

He, therefore, urges that a direction be given to the concerned authority to dispose off the representation of the petitioners at the earliest.

The prayer made on behalf of the petitioners is absolutely justified.

Any representation which is filed before the concerned authority must be responded within a reasonable period of time.

The representations of the petitioners shall be considered by the concerned authority and a reasoned order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of a reminder letter which shall be filed by
