The petitioner is in custody in connection with Supl. Pasraha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 147,504,307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact in the instant case allegation of firing against co-accused Shailendra Yadav and Bablu Yadav not against this petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2019.

Considering the fact that no allegation of firing against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24166 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned C.J.M. Khagaria, in connection with Supl. Pasraha P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015.
