Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 520 of 2020 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the State directly submits that suppression has been made by the petitioner in this case. As per paragraph 3, the details of 8 cases are there, whereas as per the antecedent report submitted by the Superintendent of Police, West Champaran, Bettiah, there are 9 cases pending against the petitioner, details are attached.

Learned counsel for the State further submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 24706 of 2022(3) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 after comparing these 2 cases about which no disclosure in paragraph 3 of petition, it transpires that 2 cases have been suppressed by petitioner.

In this view of the matter, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected due to suppression.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
