The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2013 registered under Section 396 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before Sri Atul Sinha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna (or its successor).

Considering that the Petitioner's name was disclosed in the confessional statement of the co-accused, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
