In the instant application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has prayed for setting aside the order dated 31.5.2012 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No. VI), Sitamarhi in Cr. Revision No. 185 of 2011 by which he has dismissed the revision application filed against the order dated 15.11.2011 passed by the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi Sadar. This application is in the form of second revision

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38760 of 2012 dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 which is barred under Section 397 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Even on merits, I do not find any illegality or irregularity in the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No. VI), Sitamarhi. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
