Pridarshi =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-03-2017 From the show cause filed by the Commissioner of Gaya Municipal Corporation it appears that the petitioner was under suspension from the period of 12.11.2007 to 19.6.2008 and in pending departmental enquiry against him, for the aforesaid period, only his subsistence allowance was paid to him and after exoneration in the departmental, full salary for the aforesaid, an amount of Rs. 28, 788/- was paid to him on 29.1.2011. A show cause has been filed in this regard on 16.7.2012 and there is no rebuttal to it. It seems that the order of the writ court for payment of full salary for the period under suspension has been complied with. That being so, no case is made out for initiating any action for contempt.
