The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
