1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.10.2022, passed in CWJC No.19174 of 2021, the District Magistrate, Madhepura has already passed the final order dated 12.06.2022, rejecting the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 12.06.2022. Liberty so sought is granted.
