2. The instant application has been filed praying for modification of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.26084 of 2024 granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 34 of 2020 and for extending the time granted therein for the petitioner by a further period of four weeks to surrender in the learned Court below.

3. Pursuant to the direction of this Court contained in its order dated 10.4.2026, the petitioner has deposited a cost of Rs. 5,000/- vide receipt no.3131 dated 21.4.2026 with the Patna High Court legal Services Committee.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24934 of 2026(3) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 taking into consideration the contents of the petition, the Court is satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for modification of the order.

5. The order dated 25.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 26084 of 2024 granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 34 of 2020 is modified to the extent that the period granted therein for the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order dated 25.10.2024 shall remain unchanged.

7. The modification application is allowed to the above extent.
