In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the appointment of Geeta Devi, respondent No. 6, on the ground that the selection was not done in accordance with law and directly approaches this Court without exhausting the alternative remedy by filing a representation before the District Magistrate, who is the original authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10629 of 2013 dt.10-08-2016 2/2 District Magistrate, Jamui.
With the above observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
It is, however, made clear that if such representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Jamui, he will be obliged to dispose of the matter within a period of nine months from the date of filing of her representation.
