The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the entire criminal proceeding against the petitioner under section 420, 120B, 409, 467 of the Indian Penal Code including the order taking cognizance dated 9.7.2015 in Complaint Case No. 312 of 2013 under sections 420, 471, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before an appropriate Court at an appropriate stage.
