The Petitioners were refused anticipatory bail by the order of this Court dated 18.1.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 1818 of 2016.

Considering that the second application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable, the application stands rejected.

The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 157 of 2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of
