Petitioners seek bail in connection with C2-97 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The seizure list reflects seizure of 171 liters of illicit liquor.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the seizure list is a vitiated one. Petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2019.
