The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TIP and investigation is closed now. Further submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22543 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Udwantnagar (Gajrajganj) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
