The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P. S. Case No. 479 of 2017 registered under Sections 269, 270, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 13 of Drugs and Cosmetic Act. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and one another that they supplied spurious blood after charging Rs.4000/- from the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
