Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna as respondent no. 7. Let necessary correction be made during the course of the day. It is common ground at the bar that all retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid except for family pension. Learned counsel for the State refers to the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the authorities, especially to Memo No. 1146 dated 30.11.20015, which indicates that the matter has been referred to the Accountant General for issuance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17043 of 2015 dt.20-08-2016 2/2 authority.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 7 to ensure that necessary authority is issued in favour of the petitioner as per the letter written by the Director, Indigenous Medicine, Bihar, Patna in the aforementioned Memo dated 30.11.2015 within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
