2. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR and also considering the criminal antecedents of the appellants, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the appellants, as it has been alleged that the accused persons fired causing injury on right leg of the nephew of the informant.

3. The appeal is dismissed.
