2. The matter has been listed during the Annual Vacation with prior notice to learned counsel that if they do not want the matter to be taken up during the Annual Vacation, a slip to such effect be filed. In the present case, the Court does not find any such slip on record.

3. Learned counsel for the State, from the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents no. 3 and 4, submitted that payment of all admitted dues of the petitioner has been made, details of which have been stated in the counter affidavit and further, even the time bound promotion earlier granted has been confirmed and

Patna High Court CWJC No.16403 of 2015 dt.25-05-2017 2/2 A.C.P. benefit has also been given. The said not being controverted, coupled with the fact that nobody has appeared today on behalf of the petitioner, leads the Court to presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

5. However, if the petitioner feels that any of the legally admissible dues of her late husband or herself still remain unpaid, she shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 4. If such a representation is filed within two months from today, along with a copy of this order, the respondent no. 4 shall look into the same and pass a reasoned order within the next four weeks. If he comes to the conclusion that further payment is to be made to the petitioner, the same shall also be made within four weeks thereafter.
