The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 registered under Sections 376/341, 323, 506, 315 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim was examined by the Doctor. Her age was assessed as 18-19 years and no sign of rape was found. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25015 of 2019(2) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO Act) Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case NO. 166 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
