1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly at the outset submits that the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 23.07.2014 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur whereby cognizance was taken under Sections 342, 323, 337 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners. It is next submitted that presently the trial has commenced as such the stage has changed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned
