The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P. S. Case No. 154 of 2017 instituted under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation, in brief, is that Md. Imteyaz, one of the accused, works as an agent for sending people to Dubai for providing them jobs and he has taken Rs. 1,50,000/- in total from the complainant for sending his brother to Dubai. The specific allegation against these petitioners is that they also convinced the complainant for sending his brother to Dubai. The brother of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30421 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 complaint was sent to Dubai on Tourist Visa so returned back after ten days.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners, who are the wives of other co-accused persons. The allegation of cheating the complainant's brother is only against Md. Imteyaz but their wives have only been implicated to put pressure to get money back and these petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, namely, Ladly Khatoon, Bely Khatoon and Kaushri Khatoon, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No. 154 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
