The petitioner is in custody in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 267 of 2018, G.R. No. 1452 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and on account of easement right both sides entered in a scuffle and there is case and counter case.
