Singh, APP =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE SHRI JUSTICE DHARNIDHAR JHA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-04-2015 Heard Shri Alamdar Hussain, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perused the order impugned dated 03.08.2012, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda in Rahui P.S. Case No. 14 of 2011 (G.R. No. 95 of 2011).
2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif at Nalanda appears to have perused the police report submitted under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. to him and appears further to have come to a conclusion after due application of his mind that offences appear committed and summoned the petitioner. This Court does not have any scope to interfere with the order.
3. Let the petitioner agitate the issues of no materials justifying his trial before the trial court as and when the stage so requires.
4. With the above observation, this petition stands disposed of.
