JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under sections 395, 323, 324, 337 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of coaccused. During investigation, nothing has come against this petitioner.
