25-11-2016 A show cause has been filed in which it is stated that up to the date of termination of petitioner, payments have already been made and no further payment is due.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction in the matter.

However, in view of the statement, as made in the show cause filed, this proceeding is terminated. If the petitioner still feels that he has not received full payment, he would be free to make an application before the authorities to consider the same and pass necessary orders thereof as soon as possible.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
